He will point out potential pitfalls. And offer suggestions from his 22 years of (European backed) building experience. There is absolutely no cost, obligation or pressure. And you’ll walk away with clarity and confidence in your building and renovation journey.

Tom and his team take time to understand the ideas you have for your home or renovation. And make thoughtful suggestions (from our 22 years of experience – especially in Europe) to give you a home or renovation that is even better than you imagined. Our holistic approach optimises your design for your block of land (maximising natural light, views, and privacy), and considers dozens of factors including the internal and external style of your home, the comforts and conveniences, and the most efficient and economical building materials and techniques. This step includes initial engineering and provides you with a detailed design and preliminary construction estimate. Although there is a small cost for this step, you are still under no obligation to proceed with construction.

Tom and his team will continue to refine your design until you feel fully confident. They will guide you in making your selections. And detail everything in a comprehensive contract (including a totally transparent fixed price), so you can plan with absolute certainty and no surprises. With your permission, we’ll look after the tedious admin (like approvals) so everything is ready quickly for construction. 

Follow every step (in real time) with your own login to our Building Management Portal. Watch weekly progress as our master tradespeople bring your home to life starting with the foundation and frame. Our meticulous attention to detail (especially in the early stages of construction) ensure your home is structurally superior (to last a lifetime), finished flawlessly (to look stunning), and delivered on time and budget with an enjoyable building experience. We add your external cladding and roof before moving to the inside of your home for electrical, plumbing, internal linings, cabinetry and floor coverings.

Before we hand you the keys, we take a week to conduct several rounds of quality control checks. Any imperfections are corrected immediately. We then clean your home so it’s ready for you to move in. After months (possibly years) of planning, we help you celebrate your new home and provide you with complete Home Operational Manual. We’ll proudly show you our workmanship, addressing any questions or concerns you have. And we will show you how everything works. We will return in 30, 60 and 90 days to fine tune anything you notice. And continue to support you with priority local warranty support.
